Easy Booking Policy

 

Initiate your dream tour with a down payment of as low as 30% of the total cost. For special occasions like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining amount can be settled two days prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival – we've got every detail covered!

 

Secure Credit Card Payments "wire transfer or credit card (Visa™ or MasterCard™ Cards are accepted)."

 

To facilitate payment of your deposit or final amount through your Credit Card, our tour operators will generate a secured invoice. This ensures a seamless, secure, and straightforward transaction process. You are not required to share any Credit or Debit Card details with us. Simply utilize the secure link provided by us to complete the transaction via a protected payment gateway. Your financial information remains confidential and protected throughout the process.

 

Amendments by the Client:

 

Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability. If the full payment has been received, and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fees will be applied. Except in the flight tickets issue there will be an administrative fee.

 

Cancellations And Refunds policy:

 

Cancellations must be received in writing from email address used to register for the tour and will become effective on the date of receipt.The following scale of charges will be applied:

 

Case 1: for day tours or sightseeings in Egypt.

 

48 hours before your trip, the cancellation policy will be free.

from 12 hours to 24 hours before your trip  the cancellation will be 50 % of the entire tour price.

Less than 12 hours before your trip, the cncellation will be 100 % of the entire price.
