Welcome to Egypt. Touch down in Cairo and you'll find your tour manager already waiting, ready to guide you through arrival formalities the moment you land. From there, it's a smooth transfer to your hotel in a deluxe air-conditioned vehicle — no navigating unfamiliar terminals or figuring out transport on your own. Egypt's capital gets its first impression right: organized, welcoming, and ready to take care of the details so you can focus on the trip ahead. Your journey begins with a smooth transition from airport to hotel, where you can settle in and catch your breath after the flight. Once you're checked in, your tour representative will walk you through the days ahead — sharing the full itinerary, confirming timings, and making sure you know exactly what to expect from your pickup schedule each morning. It's a relaxed first touchpoint, designed to answer any questions before the adventure gets underway, so you can head into day one feeling informed and ready rather than scrambling for details. <br> Overnight: Cairo

Highlights of the tour will include the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. You will be driven back to your Cairo hotel in the evening. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Visits: Great Pyramids of Giza, Great Sphinx, Valley Temple, Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) Overnight: Cairo

After breakfast, the morning is yours to spend however you like — whether that means relaxing on deck, wandering along the Corniche, or simply taking things slow. For those who'd rather not sit still, an optional excursion to Abu Simbel is available, roughly a three-hour drive each way into Egypt's far south. The temples themselves are worth every minute of the journey. Carved into the rock on the orders of Ramses II, they were dedicated to the gods Ptah, Re-Harakhte, and Amun-Re — with a fourth sanctuary honoring Ramses himself, a detail that says a lot about how the pharaoh saw his own place among the divine. Standing before the colossal facade, it's easy to understand why this site remains one of the most striking examples of ancient Egyptian ambition. By the time you're back aboard your Nile cruise boat in Aswan, there's still time to unwind before the evening gets going. Lunch and dinner are served on board, and after dark, a Nubian Show brings a taste of the region's music, rhythm, and color to close out the day. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Visits: Aswan or Optional Abu-Simbel Temples Optional tour: Group coach trip to Abu-Simbel USD 120 Overnight: Onboard the Cruise in Aswan
Head back to Kom Ombo as you enjoy breakfast onboard and tour the fascinating Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the crocodile god, Sobek, and the falcon god, Haeroris. After exploring the ancient temple, head back to the boat and cruise to Esna via Edfu with lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner onboard, enjoying the spectacular view of the Nile River. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Visits: Kom Ombo Temple Overnight: Onboard the Cruise in Esna
After breakfast, you will be driven to Luxor to tour the highlights of Luxor’s West Bank. Highlights include touring the Valley of the Kings, the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. You will be driven back to your boat for lunch at the boat and dinner in the evening. Once you arrive, the focus shifts to the East Bank, home to two of Egypt's most celebrated ancient sites: Karnak Temple, with its forest of towering columns, and Luxor Temple, closer to the riverfront and steeped in centuries of ceremony and history. After a stop for lunch at a well-regarded local restaurant, you'll be driven to Luxor Airport for a flight back to Cairo. On arrival, your tour manager will meet you and transfer you to a hotel near the airport, bringing this stretch of the journey to a comfortable close. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Visits: Karnak, Luxor Temples Overnight: Cairo
